Christopher Heverling, LCSW
Therapist, Clinical Social Worker

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and finding someone you can talk to openly and honestly can make a real difference. My goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive place where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I believe therapy is not about judging where you have been, but about helping you understand where you are today and supporting you as you move forward where you want to be.
For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. I work with adults experiencing substance use and other addictions, anxiety, depression, supporting adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and medical challenges.
My professional background includes having worked with individuals in Child Protective Services, corrections and prison systems, probation and parole, hospital acute-care mental health, community mental health, and private practice. I believe raising wellness involves caring for the mind, body, and spirit. When important to the client, I respectfully incorporate spiritual and religious beliefs into the therapeutic process.
If you feel ready to take that first step, I invite you to reach out. We can begin with a conversation, get to know one another, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
